How Show Scheduler Works

Step 1 - You set up future shows.
| You select dates for your upcoming shows at any point in the future. You can have standard showtime automatically entered and you can also set up non-standard days and times for corporate events or special shows. |

Step 2 - Your performers select show you made available.
| Next you notify performer that you have set up shows. Your players will log in and select the shows that they are available for. |

Step 3 - You assign performers for each show.
Next, you go to the list of shows and assign performers. As you're assigning performers, you can assign them roles, such as house staff, person in charge.

Step 4 - Notify performers that scheduling is complete.
The scheduler is now ready and is published. The next time your performers log in. They can look at each shows assignements. |
